Upward Bound Math Science

Upward Bound Math Science is a federallyfunded TRIO program, whose purpose is to prepare low-income and first-generation college bound students for success in higher education and to pursue degrees and careers in the STEM fields. The program serves 50 students, who are recruited from either one of three target high schools or one of five target neighborhoods. The high schools served are Brighton, Charlestown and Chelsea High. The target neighborhoods are Chelsea, Dorchester, East Boston, Hyde Park, Mattapan, and Roxbury.
